Need natural ideas for clearing/fading facial dark spots...

Any suggestions for clearing my skin. I have dark spots on chin and

neck that I would like to get rid of.

 

Any natural ideas or remedies would be greatly appreciated.

adelle davis recommends castor oil rubbed on the spots.I did it for a dark spot

and it took a few weeks to fade.I think Gaylord hauser does too.Google those two

nutritionists for more info.

There are several natural remedies to lighten age spots. I know using retinols

(use just

one or two times to start, then increase to daily slowly in case your sin is

sensitive.

 

Also, brushing your face daily with a soft facial brush will help.

 

Always used SPF lotion when you go out in the sun, so the spots don't darken or

increase.

 

I also use a gentle exfoliant to wash my face every day.

 

Detox helps to get rid of this problem as well. I used Sonne's organic products

(#7 and #9)

and my guts feel ten years younger.

 

I also do oil pulling and that helps your complexion.

An exfoliator made of baking soda and aloe will help some with out any

chemicals. Go heavy on the BS to start. Because the BS is finer than other

exfoliators, it seems to work better on large areas.

 

Also, I feel pretty stupid, but I keep seeing the " name " Namste on different

sites. I have never heard it before. Is there a special meaning?
