Guest guest
I took: 2 Cups Sea Salt 2 Cups Baking Soda 4 Tbsp. Ginger Powder And added those ingredients to as hot of a bath as I could take. Sat in the bath for 20 minutes. This is supposed to flush toxins out of the system. This felt very good all by itself. However, I had also read that if you follow a hot bath with a cold shower, even more toxins are forced out as the muscles contract. So I did this. I popped out of the tub immediately into a cold shower. The amazing part was that my skin actually got hot in the cold shower after about 2-3 minutes. I didn't feel cold in the least. I can't say that everyone will have that same experience or even that I will have that same experience again, but that was pretty amazing. PS...I should add that I have been taking cold showers for the last 2 weeks. I feel that cold showers are not only invigorating and improve circulation, but can also help to clear energy blockages and release toxins. This just happens to be the first cold shower I had taken immediately following a detox bath.

Guest guest
I had the same question..........do you use it all at one time or just a certian amount per bath. How often should you take this type of bath? FYI I took the bath and shower and used the entire amount and felt great all night and today. It was easy, the ginger really awakens you and my skin feels great. I will do this weekly, if not more often in the future. , " gmpassociates " <gmpassociates wrote: > > I took: > > 2 Cups Sea Salt > 2 Cups Baking Soda > 4 Tbsp. Guest guest
I have heard before about the benefits of hot/cold showers. It's called hydrotherapy. I remember hearing Danny Vierra speak about this years back in Lodi where he used to hold retreats. I have tried hydrotherapy and still can't get into it yet. I hate being cold so far. I have not heard about ginger powder for detoxing but here. I heard it is very warming. Has anyone ever put cayenne or cinnamon into their bath in lieu of ginger? Just curious? Cinnamon is also warming I believe. carolg , " gmpassociates " <gmpassociates wrote: > > I took: > > 2 Cups Sea Salt > 2 Cups Baking Soda > 4 Tbsp.
