Guest guest
Most likely this is Plantar Fasciitis. It can be a real pain. It is hard to feel good if your feet hurt! Everything you want to know about Plantar fasciitis can be found at this website: http://heelspurs.com Ice, rest, foot rollers or Reflexology and the right inserts are your best bet. I had it last year, and it went away after I used the foot roller quite a bit. Anyway, everything you need to know is at the website! Guest guest
If heal pain is due to plantar fasciitis then if taping the arch part of the foot or wearing an elastic support helps alleviate the problem then it most likely means someone needs arch supports. I got some custom made ones from a technician who sells them on eBay much cheaper than a clinic or doctor's office and my plantar fasciitis and Achilles tendonitis has completely gone away using the arch supports.
