I've been prone to ear infections my whole life, and the first thing I found

that works is to keep a bottle with a dropper in it (you can get them at the

health food store) filled with half white vinegar and half rubbing alcohol.

At the first sign of twinges in my ears, I lay on my side and put a dropper

full in the affected ear, and lay there for a few minutes, and then let it

drain out into a kleenex. The alcohol kills any bacteria, and the vinegar

dries out excess fluids. For me, it works like a charm, and I haven't needed

to

use any anti-biotics, which give me digestive problems, for years!

It's cheap, too!

Yes! The solution is to stop giving milk and dairy to children.

When parents realized that the harm is bigger than the benefits,

we won't see ever again asthma, ear infections, and what not.

MASSIVE probiotics! Ear infections become a vicious cycle when the

intestinal flora gets damaged by anti-biotics, and that in turn

leaves the child more susceptible to infections.

Generally get the kids' immune systems in good order. This doesn't

have to cost a fortune either.

For kids, ask me about a complete starter program that is less than

$40. It is sincerely the best thing I know.

My doc also told me too much wheat can cause ear infections. My nephew

was supposed to get tubes in his ears but the doc (same as mine) wanted

him to cut down on wheat, refined sugar, and dairy. It worked wonders

for him and he never had tubes put in. At the same time, if he eats

too much of that stuff he'll get an ear infection again.

I am not sure I ever wrote an intro. I'm new on this list and I am a

mother of two. My daughter is 3 and my son is 10 months.
