Guest guest
I have a friend that was shot about 15 years ago... it destroyed the right side of his face and took out his frontal lobe as well as taking his sight. What I am hoping to get ideas for are ongoing problems with bleeding, pain, headaches. Since he lost his face and the bone structure, he bleeds a lot from where his sinus cavities would be, which then makes his stomach burn because of the blood draining. He is very prone to sinus infections, but is unable to use a Neti pot because it goes up into his empty eye socket and makes it hurt for days... I was wondering if perhaps cool cayenne in capsules might help cauterize (sp?) the vessels in his face...??? I've used cayenne for bleeding ulcers, wounds, etc with great success... but never thought of this possibility before. What do you all think? Any other ideas???? He has a lot of metal in his head, and unfortunately, they used the wrong type so when it gets hot, he gets pain and pressure .... and also the metal heats up inside his head and could potentially kill him.... We have tried a lot of things... but if anyone has any ideas on this, I'd like to hear them with summer coming up soon! Also, for myself... please share information on renal failure.... Thanks so much, in advance! Randi -- Pay less for long distance! http://www.tel3advantage.com/?AgentNumber=721252

While in Peru I met a man who had suffered the same plight. I also met the doctor, who only works in Iquitos. I was in Lima being treated by his nephew for severe liver problems. The doctor claimed it took him two years to resolve most of the problems. Since treatment took so long the man moved to Iquitos, where he lived on his military pension. When he first moved there he wore a plastic cover over most of his face. When I met him, his face had regrown to the point he didn't need the mask. He was off of the painkillers, his headaches were gone, and he had a new wife and child. There is hope, only I don't know if you would find it in the USA. I don't need to explain why. If your friend has an income I can put him in contact with the people he needs. You can't live there for free, but you can live well.
