Guest guest
EFA's / Omega-3s are an important nutritional factor for many bodily systems. A definite " must have " supplement for everyone.
Guest guest
I get my EFAs from a whole food source, not from extracted fish oil. Go directly to where the fish get their EFAs - from the algae they eat.
