Guest guest
I rolled over in bed a few months ago and had the same disturbing and frightening sensation of the room spinning. Since then I've heard of a few other people who have had similar experiences lately including yourself. I still have some sense of vertigo now 3 months later although it isn't too troubling. The first thing I did was go in for acupuncture and herbs but that didn't help much at all. In fact, the initial treatments made it much worse for a time. Homeopathic Aconite seemed to help a little. Unfortunately, the only thing I've tried that really helped was not natural but an OTC drug called Meclizine. I'm suggesting it here because I know how desperate you call feel with vertigo. You need something that will work right now. You can ask your druggist for Meclizine. Maybe the easiest way to get hold of it is to buy Dramamine. It's not the regular Dramamine but Dramamine II. It is available under other brand names as well. I only took half doses and only a few of those when I really needed them but it took the vertigo away. It's an antihistamine so you may get a feeling of drowsiness but that's better than feeling like you're on a boat all the time. , smit <smit197 wrote: > > I feel like room is spinning when i wake up, for last few days.. it's due to vertigo.... any help? > > > > Never miss a thing.
