I am writing this article to remind you how you can heal yourself

without any machines, pills, herbs, or other supportive structures.

I love this premise and feel in my gut the truth of it.

 

Wasn't able to pull up the video, however, would you be kind enough

to send a new link or more information regarding our brains as the

healer?

 

Something you may find interesting is Doug Bench's work over the past

several years. He has two physiology degrees and has read over

80,000 pages of new brain research over 7-8 years. Much of what we

believed about the brain prior to then is actually incorrect. We

have far more brain cells (think around 100 Billion vs. 10 million)

and have the capacity to form new ones and new connections between
