Guest guest
My friend has anal fissues. His doctor gave him nitroglycerine to put on the area but it causes headaches. I am looking for natural solutions for him. Any suggestions would be welcome. Thanks! Jude
Guest guest
Anal fissures can be caused from overly dry bowel movements, constipation etc. Changing the diet to a more organic, whole grain and more water will help. Keeping the rectum/anus moist can help the healing. When my oldest was a toddler he got anal fissues and the dr told me to give him more water and less juice. Give him whole grains rather than balloon bread and more cruciferous vegetables. When I did that his healed and went away. His bowel movements also changed so that they didn't tear the anus. Guest guest
Nitroglycerine is a vasodilator and when the blood vessels dilate that quickly you will always get a headache which is typically called a nitro headache. It also lowers blood pressure so you have to be careful if you are taking any prescription or non prescription substance that lowers blood pressure including erectile dysfunction meds.
