Each participant will receive handouts, recipes and (hopefully) inspiration... and we'll eat what we've made, of course! Don't " do " dairy? or wheat? or gluten? or soy? or refined sugars? or would just rather have a yummy alternative to all that health-compromising stuff that still tastes delish?
