Quit Smoking ...remedies ?

After smoking for 25 years and 'quiting' numerous times, using the

patch, hypnosis, etc.. ,I found the " secret " . The only way to

effectively quit is to change the way you look at cigarettes and

smoking in general. You have to remove all the ashtrays, throw away the

lighters and matches, anything that reminds you has to go. Did she

smoke every time she drove? Throw out the car ashtray. Did she carry

her smokes in a certain pocket? Carry a large pack of gum in that

pocket instead. She will also require something for her nerves for

about 1 month. Stopping smoking is very difficult and the nervous

energy that builds up can make or break her success. One trick I used

was to figure out how much money I would save every month. Then I made

a big sign that said " This month and every month for the rest of my

life I will save $----- by not smoking " . Fill in the blanks. Also,

taking up something like yoga where breathing is part of the training

can be helpful. The longer she goes without smoking, the better she

will breathe.

Smoking is one of the hardest things I have ever removed from my life.

She needs all the support and patience you have to give.

My clients get wonderful results with our Homeopathic sprays.

 

All natural, tasteless, based in purified water. (no alcohol or sugar)

They will not interfere with any meds are perfectly safe/natural and

otherwise relieved by eating; helps with metabolic tendencies to gain

weight; cravings.

 

Also when having a craving it is very helpful to distract yourself,

run in place, do a little craft or job that involves your hands, or

get a big glass of filtered water or a cup of green tea. Just try not

to have a sugar snack.
