Guest guest
Oh, what a tangled web we weave when we try to do better than Nature! http://tinyurl.com/32aqgk This link (you gotta love those tiny urls) goes to an article about a topic close to my heart: the limitations of isolated vitamins as supplements. They are certainly better than drugs, but Nature puts them in context for a reason. I used to love my B vitamins, and dread the weeks when they stopped giving me a boost. I'd have to stop for a while and then start again. " Pulsing " they call it. This does not happen, at least not for me, when I take them in whole food form. And everything else from A to Zinc)
