Water Therapy is the best way to reduce weight and tummy. After a month's

use now I have to change my trouser size. My weight also has dropped. Blood

sugar and cholostrole has come to normal.

You may get more information if you browse " Water Therapy " in Google.

Hi Sivaranjani,

I'm 'apple shaped', in my mid fifties, and mostly all of my fat is in

my middle. I've found that brisk walking ( 3 miles within an hour),

several times a week has shown noticeable fat loss in the

stomach/waist area.

A good exercise for inner thighs is lying on the floor on your side,

leaning on your elbow. Lifting your lower leg straight out up and

down slowly, while the upper leg (knee) is resting on the floor.

Good luck, good to do something before the weight problem becomes big.

I would also suggest using one of the large exercise balls with exercises

specific to it. You will get a greater concentration of the exercise on the

core area of your body. The ball by its nature makes your muscles work more as

you are maintaining balance while at the same time exercising. I actually have

seen a few people replace their office chairs with the ball as just the simple

process of maintaining balance and keeping the back upright can add to muscle

strength.
