I read the message the other day about trying not to repeat topics but

there is no search button for our grooup...only for other groups.

How do I search for the posts on using Knox gelatin for joint pain

rather than using chondroitin and glucosomine? :-)

Much appreciation for your time and assistance.

Diana,

I've never heard that using gelatin with warm water would be more

beneficial, do you have experience with this?

Thanks, Tymothy

Gelatin is great for the joints, it helps form collagen for the

ligaments and tendons. -Watch your nails grow!

That's interesting that you say that as i've been taking gelatine for

about a month now, and my nails actually are stronger and are growing

faster.

But i'm still unclear as to the warm water aspect, does anyone know if

there is any evidence that this benefits absorption? One could easily

theorize, i'm just curious if anyone has any direct experience with it.

Thanks,

Tymothy
