Guest guest
I read the message the other day about trying not to repeat topics but there is no search button for our grooup...only for other groups. How do I search for the posts on using Knox gelatin for joint pain rather than using chondroitin and glucosomine? :-) Much appreciation for your time and assistance. Guest guest
Hi Linda if you open a message up and then a specail search button will be just above the message where you can search files of this group. Meanwhile, if you use 1 tsp geletine in warm water per day, it will do wonders for your bones. Guest guest
Diana, I've never heard that using gelatin with warm water would be more beneficial, do you have experience with this? Guest guest
Gelatin is great for the joints, it helps form collagen for the ligaments and tendons. -Watch your nails grow! -- In , " miracles28 " <tymothys wrote: > > Diana, > I've never heard that using gelatin with warm water would be more > beneficial, do you have experience with this? > Thanks, Tymothy > > " Diana Moore " <thebowentechnique@> wrote: > > > > Hi Linda if you open a message up and then a specail search button will > > be just above the message where you can search files of this group. > > > > Meanwhile, if you use 1 tsp geletine in warm water per day, it will do > > wonders for your bones. > > > > All the best > > Diana Moore > > http://www.bowentherapy.homestead.com > > >
Guest guest
That's interesting that you say that as i've been taking gelatine for about a month now, and my nails actually are stronger and are growing faster. But i'm still unclear as to the warm water aspect, does anyone know if there is any evidence that this benefits absorption? One could easily theorize, i'm just curious if anyone has any direct experience with it. Guest guest
The warm water just helps the gelatine dissolve. Regards, Diana Moore http://www.bowentherapy.homestead.com http://www.cafepress.com/omsymbol
