Guest guest
I'm trying to find the best way for my dh to cleanse and detox his body. He gets frequent migraines, frequent sinus issues, body aches, etc. He needs to find a cleansing program that does not inhibit his busy work schedule (he works every day). Any recommendations? I've considered having him start with Clarkia Parasite Cleanse, then maybe some type of heavy metal cleanse? Liver? Is there a thorough colon cleanse that doesn't require him to stay home the whole time to be close to the bathroom? In what order should these be done to have the least negative impact on his daily life? Thanks in advance.
Guest guest
Well done in taking this step. My husband is also very busy. Very very busy. He jumped in the water and is doing a candida cleanse, though. He got the 'allowed foods' from his doc but I'm sure you can find them online. Plus sodium bicarb, olive leaf and garlic. To counter any bad effects, we are going to the sauna 15-20 mins a day. If my dh can do it.... , " Stephanie Jackson " <SMc42TX wrote: > > I'm trying to find the best way for my dh to cleanse and detox his > body. Guest guest
I totally agree, i would have him get a workup to make sure that there is nothing serious (through a physician: CBC, Urinalysis, etc.), i would then suggest that he get a stool sample from Genova Labs as this will demonstrate what levels of toxicity his body is maintaining. The herb Feverfew is particularly good for migraines. Lastly, if he is healthy, a colonic series is a good idea (is better when castor oil packs are used in conjunction). He would not need to be near a bathroom as this would all be done professionally. When i recommend these i usually suggest that the person make sure that a disinfectant is used during the process as i have seen toxicemia result when it has not been a portion of the protocol.
