Brewers yeast increases milk production overnight,

I fed twins exclusively on breast milk till they were 6 months,,, then weaned

them at 2 years old,.I also breast fed my 3 other kids.

I had problems with dwindling milk supply , but Brewer`s yeast always

increased the supply.
