What do you all recommend for vomiting? I know of cinammon in water with

honey, but when traveling this is not an option at times. Trying to get

together some herbs/homeopathy to keep in bag while traveling for emergency

times,

like adverse reaction to foods, medicines, food poisoning, etc.

Thanks

You might try sniffing therapeutic peppermint oil or applying it to your

skin. This oil comes in a half ounce bottle and is easily portable. When you

uncap the bottle, though, people in your near vicinity will definitely be

aware of you because you'll smell minty. I would be sure to use the purest

oil for this purpose or you may not get the effect you are looking for.

Young Living is the one I use and I have found good relief from it. Give me

an email if you would like to know more.

I always bring the homeopathic remedy Arsenicum Album in a 30c

potency. It works wonders for me for food poisoning type symptoms.

However, homeopathy truly is an individual *prescription.* What helps

my son, who is very, very similar to me, is Veratrum Album.

If coming to homeopathy, Ipecac is more specific.

The following is an infomercial, so if that

is against your principles you can stop

sullying your eyes now.

A bottle of Sangre de Drago is like a

one ounce first aid kit.

It can be taken internally as help for

nausea and diarrhea, takes care of insect

stings, stops bleeding and speeds up

wound healing and helps with pain.

oh, and it helps burns.

It lives here: http://wildhealing.net
