Guest guest
Diane, I have used two whole food vitamins that work particularly well: " Advanced Nutritional System Multivitamin " from www.rainbowlight.com and " Life Essence " from www.pureessencelabs.com The only thing that I didn't like about the first one is that you need to take 6 tablest per day, compared to four for the second. Guest guest
Jenny, Have you read the ingredients of vibe? It really doesn't appear that it's a whole food supplement - it has a lot of extracts and/or synthetics, plus it also has preservatives. A whole food supplement would be one ingredient that has all the vitamins, minerals, amino acids, chlorophyll, etc. NATURALLY occurring - with nothing added and nothing taken away. Blue Green Algae would be an example of a whole food supplement that supplies the nutrients naturally.
