Any suggestions for my " one " bunion to avoid any thoughts of surgery?

It doesn't always hurt, but would love to get rid of it. Any help

suggestions? I have heard of toe stretchers and yoga toes, but would

love some of your additional wisdom. What about yoga, etc?

I have not tried anything yet but my insurance expires end of Feb.,

great policy that is Cobra plan so no choice to end it then.

Thanks.

Phill,

Thanks. Actually glad for the reminder of the power of castor oil.

Those books are new to me so have to look for them.
