Guest guest
Any suggestions for my " one " bunion to avoid any thoughts of surgery? It doesn't always hurt, but would love to get rid of it. Any help suggestions? I have heard of toe stretchers and yoga toes, but would love some of your additional wisdom. What about yoga, etc? I have not tried anything yet but my insurance expires end of Feb., great policy that is Cobra plan so no choice to end it then. Thanks. carolg
