Guest guest
Hi Everyone, What does having many ridges on ones finger nails mean? These ridges run the length of the nails and many. I take calcium and eat lots of proteins. This has been for years now, and I am so tired of taping my nails because of splits. Thanks in advance, gale Gale Park Frederick The National Chincoteague Pony Association _http://www.pony-chincoteague.com/_ (http://www.pony-chincoteague.com/) **************************************See AOL's top rated recipes (http://food.aol.com/top-rated-recipes?NCID=aoltop00030000000004)
