How can I get rid of this cyst on my thyroid?

So I have this tiny cyst on my thyroid about the size of a bb, but it's

bothering me. It sometimes swells and hurts my throat.

 

How can I get rid of this naturally?

 

Do you think there is some connection that it's on the side of my face

where I always hold my cellphone? I've cut down on my cellphone use

TREMENDOUSLY. I only use it for emergencies now versus all the time

like before.

 

Anyway, if there are some ideas you have on some herbal supplements,

any sort of detoxes, etc. I could try, I would appreciate.
