Guest guest
Hi jean- I have been able to improve my gum situation and avoid that dreaded periodontal surgery by doing the following routine: I rinse with Plaz, then I use a water pick, then I brush with sonic care (it has a 2 minute timer and you MUST brush your gums), then I floss. I do this twice a day and I get my teeth cleaned every 3 months. I have shirted the surgery because of this routine for 5 years.
