Saline Nasal Sprays

Thanks Rich for your information about nasal irrigation. I started

looking around online and found that some saline nasal sprays contain

the preservative ingredient benzalkonium chloride, which can be harmul

to your nasal passages and mucus membrane. The spray I had been using

was thrown out because it had this ingredient in it. Here's a link:

I know that when we discussed nasal irrigation, some folks said that

they used saline sprays all the time. This ingredient also may be in

some eye drops.
