Guest guest
I have cracked heals and give myself a pedicure about every 4 to 6 weeks. I soak my feet in warm/hot water with soap suds of some type, once they have soaked for about 15 or 20 minutes, use a pomice stone to remove dead skin. Scrub feet w/a brush. Dry feet. Put SHEA BUTTER on the bottoms of feet and on top if they are dry there also, but I just do the bottoms. Put socks on and wear them overnight. You won't believe the difference in your feet. Guest guest
I just realized my heels don't crack anymore, but when they did, I would just scrub off the dried old skin that was shrinking up around my heels with a pumice stone, in the shower when the skin was softened. Fixed it right up. Maybe that's why they don't crack anymore; I keep scrubbing off the dingy old dead skin I get from walking around barefooted in the summer.
