talking about sesame oil, as a reminder, use it for OIL PULLING.

that in itself is a great remedy for toxin management!!

yes coconut oil is wonderful for application and off late has been

recomended for cooking too.the virgin organic coconut oil!!

How about sesame oil? I'm not sure where it registers on the diabetic

safety scale, but in Ayurveda, it's recommended to rub it on the feet &

cover with socks before bed to help with sleep. Many older people

could use help in that department, too. I'm not older or diabetic, but

it works for me.

 

I would think that coconut oil or olive oil would work well, too.
