I would appreciate any feedback on this subject. Hi Evelyn, I sprinkle regular cinnamon in my herbal tea every night. I like the way it tastes, and type 2 diabetes is strong in my family and cinnamon helps with blood sugar. I don't have diabetes yet, but both my parents had it and my sister has it. I'm in my 50's. and I'm doing any little thing that may help me avoid it completely.
