Guest guest Posted December 8, 2007 Report Share Posted December 8, 2007 For those of us in the colder dryer climates at this time of year, daily saline flushing of the nasal passages will be very helpful. The dry cold air tends to dry out the nasal passages making them more prone to bleeding. The gentle saline solution helps wash away the mucuous and blood that can clog passages.
