I mix it in tomato vegetable juice and it is almost like a cocktail with a zing. I use Knudsen Low Sodium Very Veggie which is one of the best and you can mix 2-3 teaspoons per 6-8 ounces of juice. I already was doing this for some amino acids I take: L-Argenine and L-Glutamine and the L-Argenine gives an almost salty taste without the salt. I usually mix up 3 batches per day and leave in frig. and drink 3 times per day. I have to be careful not to drink all at once as it really is quite tasty. It is esaier to dissolve the honey. You can start with a teaspoon, if you wish. You are welcome, Rhoda.
