Guest guest
I had a poison ivy rash three weeks ago and am left with some dicoloration. The part of the rash that had been covered on my arm (with a cotten wrap) and treated with wheat germ oil and vit E did not scar or discolor at all, there's not a trace of skin color change. Whereas the rash area that was on my leg, and not wrapped/covered (except for clothing) is now a purple/red hue. I treated with wheat germ oil and vit E but without anything to hold the dressing in place so it didn't seem to help. I realize that in time it will fade but am wondering if there is anything that can hurry it along so that it blends with the rest of my skin. Other than the dicoloration the skin is normal and healthy, just wondering about the color though. Any thoughts? Thanks Michele
Guest guest
Lotion with the antioxidant beta glucan should work for that.
