If you begin to feel any symptoms, crush (crushing releases an enzyme

to help with digestion. If you have the time, also wait five to 15

minutes, to further enhance the effect of the enzyme) two cloves of

garlic and chop into the size of small aspirin. Then swallow with

water. Do this up to three times a day if you can for several days and

hopefully, your symptoms will go away!

 

If you're concerned about chasing off anyone who comes close to you,

chew on some fennel seeds (found in the spice section of your grocery

store -- they're pretty tasty) or some parsley.

 

To try and prevent getting a cold or the flu at all, chop up one or two

cloves three or four times a week and take as above.
