I use TriMedica brand at 50 PPM (parts per million). The higher the PPM, the faster it will work. You can find it at a reasonable price at: www.myvitanet.com

 

I always keep this on hand if someone gets sick in the family, also. One or two doses, and their bug is gone.

I've got one holistic/naturalist DDS within a hundred mile range here he practices the Universal Religion which I'm not at all familiar with. I've thought of presenting the family DDS with some of the stuff I've read and ask him to explain it or prove/disprove it but he would probably get defensive and nasty like the Doc I had once and refused to answer my vaccination question or coulden't. Epsoms salt yeah I've got that and did it YUCK! It's not too bad but how does it fight infection? Just curious. 2-3 days now it seems to be getting somewhat better. I am glad to hear that the epsom salts is working. I don't know how it works, but my grandmother (born in the late 1800) was a nurse. And she taught us that. She also taught us that hot mustard packs helps get rid of lung and breathing problems (still won't eat mustard today--it's a medicine not a food!) and she taught us that epsom salts gets rid of any infection. You can actually have an infection inside your leg that you cannot see, and if you soak in epsom salts, it will go too. Never tried soaking the inside of my body, but it sure will get rid of infection. Next time you get an infection in a cut in your hand (you know, red, swollen sides of the cut), soak it. It literally takes it right away. Most of the time once with me is enough. But I have not had that type of luck with mouth things. It works, but it seems to work much slower. I don't know why that it is slower. Maybe the pockets that you have in the infection are hard to get to or maybe the acids in your mouth keep it from working as well, but whatever reason, it works.

thanks everyone for the suggestions. i know my spine is not aligned. i have

cervical bone spurs and have had surgery in my lumbar area with titanium that

did nothing but make it worse. options for the lumbar are live with it or have

the hardware cut out on top where the fusion did take. so anyway i'm looking

into a brace that does the whole spine i will never have another surgery. again
