P.S. Cinnamon candles provide the same relief when burned in the home!!

The stronger-scented candles don't even need to be lit to provide the

benefits. Just whiff and enjoy!!

in heavy traffic, drivers who inhaled the aroma of cinnamon showed an

increase in alertness and a decrease in feelings of frustration.

Scientists speculate that the scent stimulates the reticular activating
