Guest guest
For those of you who want to add protein to your breakfast, and you are a cereal eater, put some walnuts or almonds on your cereal in the morning. They are not only YUMMY, but they also add essential vitamins, protein and omega fatty acids. Guest guest
I love walnuts, but I was told that combining any protein with grains is bad food combining. Please, tell me, what you think. I always eat two heaping teaspoons of peanut butter first thing in the am. Revs my metabolism and sustains me, whereas with carbs I'd just feel tired. It's actually aided me greatly in achieving a leaner body (after years of weight- struggle). Walnuts and almonds are going to be added to the list now. Thanks again! Guest guest
I dunno Ingrid, I never heard that. Alot of cereals have nuts and raisins in them. I am healthy, no problems here from eating my cereal w/walnuts in it. Marsha and the Yorkies http://www.miracleyorkies.com
