Guest guest
Has anyone had any positive experiences in using a product called Wobenzym for severe pain? I suffer from severe chronic pain (left leg-sciatic) for 21 years and I must take narcotics 24/7. It is very difficult living like this, needing to take this type of medication, but it is the only way for me to numb the pain so that I can exist, and get by each day. I also suffer from scleroderma, diagnosed approximately 9 months ago. I would be so grateful to find a way, to be able to treat this pain naturally. I have heard about Wobenzym, and would like to know if anyone else could give me any advice on taking this product, i.e. how many tablets at a time for severe pain, and how much water etc. etc. Thank you very much! Dear Lilac, You have my sympathy, I cannot imagine living like that! What is the root cause of your pain, and is there any other therapy that might help? What all have you tried? Wobenzym is an enzyme product. Enzymes are a wonderful help for many health problems, in particular digestion and inflammation. So if your pain has inflammation as a serious component, yes, enzymes might help. Enzymes can also be helpful as part of a cancer therapy, since they help to break down the hard shell that protects a cancer cell. Wobenzym was a pioneer product for this use. That is another topic. More on enzyme therapy here: http://enzymestuff.com But if your pain is due because a part of your body is pressing against another part, enzymes may not do much, and you need to look at structural adjustments. In that case, different remedies might be more helpful, like products that combine muscle relaxant qualities with anti-inflammatories. Please tell us what you have tried before we trot out more ideas in the structural area. Hang in there !
