My favorite combination is burdock and marshmallow root, and nettles. Drin it as a tea three times a day or make a tincture to take the same way.

Is this equal parts of each and what form do they come in? Leaves or powder ...?

Thanks,

Brenda

I find that since I began taking digestive enzymes every day I have less

heartburn. My friend swears by celery for this problem but it doesn't work

on me. Good luck!
