My friend swears by celery for this problem but it doesn't work on me. Good luck! Guest guest Posted November 28, 2007 Report Share Posted November 28, 2007 heartburn...one stopeating such big meals..eat smaller....take enzymes....eat fruits more for fresh enzymes...esp pineapple with meals....also...eat more probiotics capules in the form of yogurt fresh is better still with honey and slivers of almonds..no sugar or mixed yogurts....fresh white is better.. also..when heart burn sets in? a teaspoon of organic apple cider will kick the fire right out!!
