Guest guest
Hi everyone, I did my first liver flush on Wednesday and I used the direction in the group files minus the Coke, don't want that in my system ever! Things went well, and I passed approximately 200 stones, mostly small and some medium in size. Had loose stools on Wed. night and Thursday, but now everythings back to normal and I feel fine. The pain I was having between and around my shoulder blades is no longer there. I thought initially it was from stress and tense muscles, but I think now that the gallstones and flow of bile was causing the pain. I'll see if it comes back any time soon. I plan to do another liver flush in the spring. PS: none of the gallstone I saw personally or online looked like the yellowish whole grape shaped floating objects that I first posted about in strange BM message, guess I'll never really know what those were... Guest guest
Congratulations on your success. The yellow grape looking things could actually have been parasites. Coke contains phosphoric acid which helps to break down the stones and makes it easier to swallow the olive oil. Even though the ingredients are undesireable on an everyday basis - especially diet colas, this time it can be acceptable. Guest guest
The pain in the shoulder blades is a reflex pain from the liver/gall bladder. The yellowish floaters were cholesterol stones. If they were big (grape size) you should do another cleanse. I would wait 1 month. You will flush too many nutrients from the liver if you do it often. I've had people pass parasites and liver flukes with liver/gall bladder cleanses. You'll know they're gone when nothing is passed. I posted a cleanse that I have use with patients for years, it works great. I would add some Food Enzymes to your diet. 1 at the beginning of every meal, if it is cooked. Guest guest
This recipe has struck my curiosity as I tend to think it an unlikely efficient flush. Has anyone who has done the flush ( *any* flush) saved some of their stones and soaked them on coke to see the dissolving time if any of them? I think that would make a nice little experiment. Frankly i don't see how the little time any chemical that is not constantly fed into your body could have such a profound effect quickly. It just seems there would be not enough saturation. medusa - " Jenny Kernan " <rainysnana Saturday, November 24, 2007 6:47 PM Re: 1st Liver flush results > Congratulations on your success. Guest guest
Along the same topic - I did " The Amazing Liver and Gallbladder Flush " a few months ago, with good results, but I'm not completely comfortable with the author's claim that it's safe to do while breastfeeding (and even pregnant). He recommends doing a kidney cleanse, and recommended herbs for that that are quite dangerous for breastfeeding babies. I was corresponding with him and when I pointed out the kidney cleanse herb safety issue, he stopped answering my questions. I'd love to do more cleanses, but am concerned about the breastfeeding issue. My dd is 2.5yo, but shows no signs of wanting to wean any time soon. I also use Colosan oxygen colon cleanser occasionally, but again, would like to do a more thorough cleanse if there's something recommended safe during breastfeeding. I realize that it's not generally recommended to detox during the breastfeeding period, but some believe that moderate cleansing is safe for the baby. Thoughts? Guest guest
I did many ( about 8) liver flushes without doing the kidneys cleanses first. I had no substantial effect in the kidney area. as for engaging in more herbs or other cleanses if there is a nursing baby I would not run the risk without an alternative doctor's input. These herbs can be impacting enough on adults much less the fragile system of a bay's. For you to do the liver cleanse in and of itself though should have no negative effect on your breast milk for baby. If you are so nervous about it and not having pain in the liver area why not wait . You can meanwhile help you liver along by taking 1 tablespoon of olive oil before each meal and this can help stones pass through. medusa - " Stephanie Jackson " <SMc42TX Monday, November 26, 2007 11:05 AM Re: 1st Liver flush results I also use Colosan oxygen colon cleanser occasionally, but > again, would like to do a more thorough cleanse if there's something > recommended safe during breastfeeding. I didn't use the Coke, since it stated optional for taste only. I didn't fast beforehand, but I ate lightly, no fatty foods and drank lots of pure unfiltered apple juice before the day of the flush. The instruction said that you could mix your epsom salt mixture with water or fresh pressed apple/grapefruit. I used water only, and I'll change to juice next time because it tasted pretty bad with water alone. For sleep I took 8 ornithine capsules as recommended and slept through the night. To find this file, go on our Alternative Answers webpage and click on 'files' on the left of the page, look for Liver Flush.doc. Guest guest
Coke will also dissolve teeth...the acid wears away the enamel, especially if the person likes to sip every 5 to 10 minutes. I am a Dental Assistant and I drink Coke, but after I learned what it had been doing I drastically reduced the amount I was drinking and started drinking more water. And now if I drink soda of any kind it is with a straw. I know it does not do my body good, so I keep it to a minimum. Also, I have heard it will dissolve a nail....but I never tried that one.
