aloha

my dad and i had varicose veins...we read my natural healing book on

vinegar

organic apple cider vinegar..we take a teaspoon with water or juice 3

times a day in in one to two weeks we had none....cured...also..u must

drink lots of water..always and take rutin..vitamin p..which is in

eggplant..to keep v3eins clear and supple...we eat natural grek yogurt

only with greek honey and walnute too

 

also..soak ur legs with a cotton cloth soaked in the apple cider

vinegar for 20 minutes eaCH DAY TOO UNTIL ..THEY ARE HEALED.then

stop..continue to use apple cider vinegar everyday in sald dressing

and smoothies etc...!!

Where do I get this book? Does the vinegar work for both spider veins

and the big blue veins?
