What other methods can I use. I am looking for the fastest and easiest way to expell the lungs of their toxins. My dad, otherwise, leads a pretty healthy lifestyle.I think if I can find something like this to work for him, I can get him to start the intestinal cleanse but I want to get his lungs cleared out before I do this....

I think your on the right track here but may I add that the lobelia alone is not the answer although very helpful! He needs to get on the total body cleanse and get those toxins and garbage out of his body not just his lungs. I understanding about the toxins he has been subjected to in his line of work and some of them are downright horrible. He will be amazed how he feels after the cleanse!

Also Mullein tea is good to sip if your having lung problems (breathing).

Also have you received your free tape from Doc Ian? Look in the files under free tape/call for more info, this will help you and your Dad better understand what has and is happening.

God Bless,

Rob, this is old Doc Thompson's "Purge & Puke" routine and worked very well.

Another formula that would work well if you didn't want to go the "puke" route would be my formula for quitting smoking.

Just came up with a new name for the formula.

It's called: "Huff 'n Puff"

Should be great for Smokers or any one with lung problems.

It's basically the Lobelia / Mullein formula in the files.

Love,

Doc

Herbal Remedies - lungs

My father has worked as a carepenter for many years. He has inhaled fumes, saw dust, sheetrock dust for a great many years....His lungs have shown little symptoms until now. He has to wear a mask all the time on the job site. If he doesn't his chest would tighten up and it would be very hard to breathe. I would like to find a method to expel the unwanted stuff from his lungs. I read somewhere that taking 1 teaspoon lobilia tinture every 10 minutes for an hour or so will result in vomitting up the excess mucus and garbage. Has anyone had any experience with this?? He should do a full body cleanse. He will have junk in all sorts of places within his body, not just the lungs.

Running long distance also forces the lungs to expand to their full capacity and you'll hear a lot about it here. This allows blood to flow in all parts of it and that will alos help circulate and expel junk in the lungs.

Have you listened to Docs lecture yet?

I read about using Lobelia like that, also.

Dr. Schulze used it on a man who was drowing in his own lung fluid and after all the lobelia he vomited up some very foul smelling puss and OLD blood clots. He said every member of his family had to run somewhere and vomit due to the smell. Blaugh!

But it worked!

Wow Rob, looks intense! Let us know how it goes for you! I definitely agree that lobelia is good for fixing up lung issues. I took 2 droppers last night and then one before I ran this morning. The difference is NIGHT AND DAY!!! The wheezing sound in my lungs when running is gone and I didn't lose my breath nearly as quickly as before. When I did have to slow down and breathe, I caught my breath MUCH more quickly. I can't believe the difference! I am swearing by lobelia now!! I took another dropper when I got back from running for good measure! LOL! :)KelliRob Combis [rcombis] Tuesday, April 13, 2004 8:56 AMherbal remedies Subject: RE: Herbal Remedies - lungsHere is the protocol for the lobelia purge that someone from another list sent me. He needs the total body cleanse, but should start immediately with

lobelia for the breathing problems. Continue to take it through the

cleanse program. If you need information on the cleanse, there's info in

the files, and you can request Doc's free lecture on CD as well.

Best,

Kelli

| This for a 44 YO male who is about 6 ft, broad boned and overweight.

When I smoked a pack a day and lived in an apt with 6 other smokers I really messed up my lungs. To this day I ALWAYS have mucous backing up into my throat...or at least it feels that way and I have a hard time breathing. In January when I do the cleanse I'll see if it goes away and if it does, I'll know it has a lot to do with dairy. I was just thinking this today: maybe if I stopped eating dairy products all my excess gunk would go away once and for all. It's been there for 6 years, it'd be nice to be able to breathe normal again. I can't even remember what that feels like anymore.

Another thing I've noticed is that taking large amounts of total tonic seems to help me breathe easier. Something about it clears your lungs. About an hour after I take it the extra space gets clogged with gunk again but it's nice while it lasts. I'm all ready for January, I got Lung Formula, Lobelia, Supertonic.... I'm ready to heal these suckers!

So many good foods and herbs, where do we start?

Wait, with the most basic item of all: Water!

Good hydration helps all body functions including

lungs.

See http://watercure.com

Some herbs next.

Some of our local weeds are powerful lung healers

in humble disguise. You can gather them yourself

if you live in the country or you can go to a good

health food store to buy them. They are cheap.

Tea made with Mullein leaf and a bit of honey

is wonderfully soothing. Elecampane root is another

good one.

My asthmatic friend tells me that she benefits from

plantain, the most common weed in the world.

Plantain is also helpful for people who are trying

to quit. See http://cigno.com

For super-strong herbal healing power, the

Amazon herb Una de Gato or Cat's Claw works

on both the lung and the digestive system and it

supports the immune system to boot. Truly an

amazing plant. Ask me off list for more in-depth

information on Una de Gato.

In Traditional the Lung is

partnered with the Large Intestine.

What you do for your guts is good for your lungs.

Which brings us to the next item: Probiotics.

As a child I struggled with bronchitis a lot.

Dairy was a huge part of our diet and nobody

in that time and place had heard of lactose

intolerance. (Holland in the fifties)

I should go easy on the cheese, but that's

hard for a Dutch girl. I notice I get away

with more and breathe easier when I take

probiotics as well as enzymes.

Enzymes, Enzymes, Enzymes.

Taken between meals, with meals, as soon as

you rise and before you go to bed.

When they are not needed to help break down

your food enzymes go to work as an all over

scavenger in the blood stream. They clean up

congesting gunk and act as an anti-inflammatory.

Read more on enzymes here:

http://enzymestuff.com

Last but not least: vitamins and minerals for

nourishment and repair.

Other people may pipe up with which vitamins

do what. I have not used isolates for years.

Instead, I am going to step into my imaginary

booth at our virtual health fair* so I can tell you

about the ultimate all-round supplement in my

experience, the stuff I just about worship,

drumroll please: Aphanizomenon Flos Aquae.

AFA for short, or simply " the algae " to its many

devoted fans. This is the wild algae from Upper

Klamath Lake, Oregon.

It came into my life as a gift 11 years ago and

has been life changing. Please note: that was me.

Remember the mantra: Different products work

for different people.

AFA is a complete, totally absorbable source

of all vitamins and minerals, amino acids and essential

fatty acids and it has been proven to stimulate the

body's ultimate repair system: adult stem cells.

Warning: Do not get AFA from the lowest bidder.

AFA is extremely perishable precisely because it

is so alive. It has to be treated with respect from

harvest to bottle.

And finally, last but not least: TAP on it.

Emotional Freedom Technique continues to totally

blow me away, and it is literally free at your fingertips.
