Guest guest
The medical establishment messed around with me -- and it turned out to be a torn cartledge which they didn't find until I had an MRI -- then I had surgery -- and presto!!! NO MORE PAIN. So -- find out what the cause of the pain is -- don't do anything until they take an MRI and can tell you if it is Mr. Arthuritis, or something that can repaired with surgery. thea --------- Forwarded message ---------- David McCarty <chiefmc Mon, 19 Nov 2007 11:32:32 -0800 (PST) Knee pain. Guest guest
Dave, I'm sorry to see you're knees are hurting. I know many who have healed " arthritic " knees using therapeutic grade essential oils of wintergreen, cypress and PanAway from Young Living Essential Oils. Personally, I take a supplement daily called Sulfurzyme (MSM & Ningxia Wolfberry) which has dramatically relieved arthritis throughout my body. I feel good when I take the supplement and very stiff if I miss a few days. Please contact me off-line if you'd like to learn more. I have been so impressed by the Young Living products that I now share them with others wholesale. My website is energeticessentials.com if you are interested in learning more. Happy Thanksgiving! Guest guest
David I suffered knee pain for a year. Doc told me to either have knees opened up or live with the pain. I am not one to go under the knife. I practised yoga for knees. In fact an orthopaedic surgeon's' wife ( much to her husband's skepticism) too did the same yoga exercises as she too had knee pain. She reovered. I am pain free now. It is best to consult your doctor and a trained and inexperienced yoga master for guidance. I started taking glucosamine and chondroitin with quick results. My Knees feel good now. My younger sister has used it for some years now for sore joints and knees and she recommended it to me. -- In , David McCarty <chiefmc wrote: > > 64 year old male, very active in exercise. > I have equal pain in both knees. Guest guest
Just my right knee was bothering me so I had my daughter, a massage therapist, look at it. She recommended I start biking to strengthen one of the muscles holding my knee in place. Since then, the only thing I've changed is doing the bike at the gym, and my knee is amazingly better. I don't know if this would help anyone else, but if you can try it out, it may be worth it. Guest guest
--I also have been having knee pain and my chiropractor says the pain is from lactic acid buildup and caused by poor posture. I got some chuchuasi to get rid of the lactic acid and after a couple weeks the pain has lessened and even went away for a few days. I have to remember to take it once a day even when not in pain or it returns. my posture is terrible. CHUCHUASI is a rainforest herb and i take the tincture, 10 drops a day. love, cecile - In , " Heather " <upulagi wrote: > > I am 54 year old female and started getting sore knees after > workouts at the gym,They got worse after I was standing all day at > work. Guest guest
Try Ginger Root compresses. We used these in martial arts and other sports. Lots of water. Add drops(Flanagan Microcluster type) to make it more available to the body. Cell Food is good too. Massage in ginger root in olive oil to the greater area around the knee. Take 600-800IU of Vit. E/day. and coral calcium. One glass of fresh vegetable juice/day. Vita-Mix total juicing would be best.
