Help with sleep

Can anyone tell me what is the best alternative product they can

reccomend for falling asleep and staying asleep? Also dosage would be

helpful too. I have used melatonin, and some herbs but hoping to hear

from someone who has proven success with something.

Honestly, getting my hormones balanced has been the thing that finally

brought me normal sleep.

 

Insomnia is a common symptom of hormone imbalance, and if that's what is

bringing yours on, you won't " fix " it until you get balanced.

there is a very simple method which does not involve any medicine

whatsoever.When you are ready to sleep lie down in the position you sleep and

then start going backwards in your daily routine.starting just before the

moment you lied down.Before lying down you must have taken your foot out of the

slippers.,then you must have apporached the bed.then you must have come from the

drawing room then before that whatevr you were doing in the drawing room and

before that etc .And I assure you you wont go for 10 steps in that direction

before you fall asleep.try it and let me know--good luck

Hi Tracey!

 

I just bought some L-Ornithine (amino acid) for use in sleeping

during my first liver flush tomorrow. I've researched it online, and

it works in the urea cycle to rid the body of ammonia. I've read

that excessive ammonia in the brain is a cause of insomnia.

 

The suggested dosage is 1500 mg to start and more if necessary up to

4,000 mg max. I have the 'NOW' brand, 500 mg. each and it cost

around $15 for 120 caps.

 

Also, a magnesium malate supplement daily, in the evening will help

relax your muscles.
