Guest guest
Cypress EO is an excellent suggestion! Here's a good recipe: Varicose veins: 1.5 ml Cypress essential oil (organic) + 1.5 ml of Lavender oil + 1.5 ml of Rosemary mixed in your favorite carrior oil. Massage in the morning and evening. Lavender can be replaced by Peppermint. Cypress is also great for cellulite (mixed with a little cedar and cinnamon) NOTE: Cypress shouldn't be used by those with hormone related cancers, or breast feeding moms. Michelle http://www.HolisticMenopause.com I have several friends who are using therapeutic grade Cypress essential oil - just a few drops massaged into the legs daily- to improve circulation and reduce the varicose veins. Guest guest
You can be flexible on this depending on your skin sensitivity, etc. The key is to adjust it according to the response of your body. The basic rule of thumb I learned is 1-3 drops of an essential oil blended with 1/2 teaspoon carrior oil. But, I'm sure others learned otherwise.
