Guest guest
Hi, Hope I don't gross anybody out with this question, but today and yesterday I had some strange things in my bowel movement. The best and most accurate way to describe them was that they looked like grapes, around seven today and a couple yesterday. Not too large, just looked like small to medium, perfectly whole grapes. I have not eaten any grapes, or anything else similar to that, even if I did, they wouldn't be whole like that. I don't have any stomach problems or pain, and I take fiber everyday and am quite regular. Has anyone had anything similar, or can shed any light on what these are? Thanks, Jean

The gallbladder is capable of depositing gallstones in the intestines and the body excreting them. In fact a recipe TBM has for clearing gallstones actually often does exactly that. And when gallstones are cleared, very often people see something quite similar to what you described. Kat
Guest guest
Jean- What are your eating habits like? When I was very fit (missing those days) a couple years ago I had a very similar thing- by BMs were just little grape/pebble like things and I'd go just once a day. I was thinking that it was all due to my eating habits- I was eating really well- really staying in touch with my body and eating only what I needed to sustain weight and have enough energy during the day. I was also working out an hour each day. I just sort of guessed that my body was being very efficient and was using what I was giving it and had very little 'waste' left over. Does this sound familiar to you or anyone else who could shed some more light on the subject? I am not a nutritionist or doctor in anyway, this was just my assumption. Hope this helps! -Christina , " Jean " <fjd2002 wrote: > > Hi, > > Hope I don't gross anybody out with this question, but today and > yesterday I had some strange things in my bowel movement. >
Guest guest
I suppose you could have passed some gallstones. Are you doing a liver detox? Don't worry about it, unless it is making you feel sick. Blessings! Guest guest
You should be glad if it is gallstones. Some people have to have their gallbladder removed to get rid of them or go through a difficult flush. You are lucky that your body is doing it on its own! , " Kat Miller " <js_kat wrote: > > > Jean wrote: > > > > Hi, > > > > Hope I don't gross anybody out with this question, but > > today and yesterday I had some strange things in my > > bowel movement. > > > > The best and most accurate way to describe them was that > > they looked like grapes, around seven today and a couple > > yesterday. I don't think your situation is the same, the main part of my BM was large, wide and normal looking, and the small yellowish grape like things were just there off to the side on their own. I basically eat a small amount in the AM like a piece of fruit or granola bar, a yogurt and fruit for lunch, and a normal dinner. I do imagine in a case like yours, it could be true that if you ate little or if your body used your food intake more efficiently, there might be less involved in the BM. I personally started to take a psyllium type product a few years abo to avoid constipation and assure a daily BM. I found the gallstone theory to be very interesting from the others, I never thought of that. I always thought something like that would be passed through the urinary tract. I doubt if it was gallstones though, I've never had any problems like that or any pain, etc. Thanks again to all! Jean

At first I just dismissed the possibility, because I wasn't in pain and never had any gallbladder problems. Today is the first day I've have the time to learn about gallstones online and saw some photos of people who have done liver/gallbladder cleanses, and that may very well be what's happened with me. I'm looking at liver/gallbladder cleanses online that I can do at home with store bought ingredients. What is the recipe TBM that you refer to? Thanks for the info Jean

I'm not doing a liver detox, but I am taking Lecithin and Milk Thistle which may be helping to clear the liver. I'm planning to do a liver/gallbladder flush very soon, I'll post if there are good results. PS: Oddly enough I read online that a symptom of gallstones may be upper back pain between the shoulder blades and under the right shoulder, a problem that I've had now for the past 6 months or so. Gallstone Therapy: 5 ounces Classic Coca-Cola 6 ounces virgin olive oil 1/2 ounce lemon juice 2 ice cubes Combine and crush in blender. Drink quickly at bedtime. The following morning drink: 10 ounces of Citrate of Magnesia Stay near a restroom after that. You may also want to remove fried and junk foods from the diet at least for a few weeks. If one has a lot of problems with gallstones, it may be good to drink 8 ounces of morning and night ONLY for 30-90 days. The malic acid helps to clear the Kupffer cells of the liver and soften gallstones. NOTE: Gallbladder issues are most commonly related to dehydration.
