Guest guest
Hello! I would not recommend you take splenda (sucralose) or nutrasweet (aspartame). These are both chemicals which affect the nervous system in a bad way. I use blue agave nectar which is sweeter than sugar and is much lower on the glycemic index. I used to use xylitol which is pretty good as well; however, it's made from corn and the price has risen considerably lately probably due to the ethanol craze.
