Pinched nerve in both feet

A few years ago, I got shots in both feet cause of the pain and I

decided not to get any more shots. The pinched nerve is in the ball

of both feet. When my feet burn and ache, then I know it is time

for me get the small ice containers and put my feet on it, til I

feel no pain any more. I have found this works. I also put ball of

the foot inserts in all my shoes, this helps some.

When I buy shoes it isn't long before they are uncomfortable and I

have to take the insoles out and buy new ones. I have wide feet.

What I want to know is would extra depth shoes be less painful and

would they be more comfortable longer? On the ads for Extra Depth

shoes there is a list of foot ailments that it is good for, but

pinched nerve is not there. I know it is called something else, not

sure how to spell it.

Is there anything else I can use to help the pain in my feet?

I appreciate any help anyone can give.

Yes, massage your feet. The increased blood flow will make a huge difference. I

had this problem, and with lots of massaging, it hardly ever occurs now. When my

fingers weren't strong enough, or my back not able to bend enough.. I take a

tennis ball and roll it under my socked foot. This increases blood flow, and you

can control the pressure points with your foot.. try it.. it's really a big

help...good luck..sue
