Hello!

My friend had a hysterectomy three years ago and has terrible night

sweats -- I mean sweats with a capital " S " !!! We are looking for

solutions. Does anyone know of something that might stop them or any

I had the same trouble years ago and found that a ceiling fan

helped the most. When the air was cooler in the bedroom

and with the fan going - as long as I was breathing cool

air -- I didn't have the sweats.

For those who can tolerate soy and don't have thryoid

issues. I used Estrovan for a while until I found it

affected my thyroid unfavorably. It worked though.

Hi Jude,

Boy do I feel for your friend! Night sweats nearly drove me crazy. Waking up

in the middle of the night soaking wet and shivering, having to change my

nightgown and sheets in the middle of the night. (My hubby didn't appreciate

it either, lol.)

The only thing that has worked for me is progesterone!

Progesterone makes the receptor sites more sensitive to estrogen so that

whatever remaining amount of estrogen we have will be recognized and

utilized by the body.

Also important are:

Vitamin E... 400 IU twice a day

Vitamin B complex

Hey Jenny,

Take into consideration Calcium in take. Homoeo Calcaria Phos - 1 m twice in a

week for one month. Natural intake most matters i.e, source from fruits, milk,

greenees etc. This aspect must also be considered for pre & post monoposeDr

Everyone is unique, but I've found that extra Vitamin E really helps me

with both hot flashes and night sweats. I take about 800 IU daily.

Hello, I am writing to share with you the name of a stone,to wear in a

necklace at all times for hot flashes or night sweats....It is called Cherry

Opal. You do not need a large piece just small one. This is very effective.

Also beautiful essential oils which are very helpful..for hormonal

imbalance...Bergamont (estrogen) Clary Sage (estrogen), Dragon Time,

Endoflex, fennel, mister (estrogen) or Peppermint. You apply the oils at the

ankles at the ovary and uterus Vita Flex points. Also....

taking a good Ionic mineral on a reg. basis seems very helpful. I would

also recommend the essential oil Harmony one drop about one inch above the

navel...ithelps to balance our whole system.

I hope this gives you some ideas. Feel free to write me

if you have further questions. In Light and Love Jude Watts

I do take calcium-magnesium complex with D. I don't

drink milk as I have a severe allergy to milk since

birth. I also use wild yam cream that has progesterone

in it when and if I have hot flashes.
