Marsha,

Be careful of doctor's advice. It is not in their best interest for

your husband to cure his diabetes. My husband cured his diabetes

without the help of the doctor. My suggestion is to keep a food

diary, take your blood glucose 1 1/2 to 2 hours after eating. When

the blood glucose is out of range, this will tell you that you ate

something bad for you. Eliminate that item from the diet. My husband

followed Mike Adams' protocol. This is a life style change. If my

husband goes back to his old way of eating, he will become diabetic again.

glucose levels in Type 2 diabetics, Sugar plays a very small part in

this. The new studies strongly suggest that FAT is the leading cause

of the insuiln resistance which is responsible for DM2.

> Remember anything and everything you eat converts to a form of

sugar. This gives us our energy. When we eat too much fat in excessive

amount particularly, Sulfur based amino-acids in the form of animal

proteins, that are loaded with saturated fats, these fats wrap around

the insulin receptors of the cells and and will not allow insulin to

" open " the cell to allow the needed sugar in, this sugar then winds up

in the blood stream and will cause high glucose levels.

animal protiens and " Sugar-Free " products, they are loaded with tons

of fat.

Marsha,

It's going to be difficult for your husband to be well as long as he

is drinking this poison. I have problems with my husband also. He

wonders why he feels like crap even though he has his diabetes in

control, his BP is good, etc. It's an addiction. All you can do is

have other options for him.

Thanks Kat

We do have a water filter on our fridge and we also have the bottled water. I

talked to him last night about it, he is pretty stubborn about it... :(

Do you know why he cannot make heads or tails of the glucose check? Has no

one taught him? Does he not understand he can very easily end up blind,

amputations of his legs, heart attack, kidney failure.

This email really concerns me. Where is his physician in all of this?

I mix Stevia with Xylitol, Stevia by itself has an after taste,

Xylitol is a little weaker in sweetness than sugar, combined, they

are good, I have been using this mixture for about three years.
