Guest guest
I learned this from feedback of my customers. I sell a Lavender Tea. Lavender is not known for assisting in curing insomnia. I am familiar with Chamomile. Chamomile is an herb used to cure sore stomach, irritable bowel syndrome, and as a gentle sleep aid. I called the Germany supplier just on a hunch for all the ingredients in the Lavender tea. There was this herb called " Vervain or Verbena " that is in the tea. This herb vervain is a herbal medicine used to cure insomnia by the Chinese for years. If anyone doubts this information, I suggest you do your own research and Google " verbena & insomnia " . I hope this information can help someone, sleep is important. It's one of the ways the body naturally heals itself. Regards, Patrick L. Guest guest
You might also want to look inward to what stressors are causing the insomnia. Hormone and Neurotranmitters that are out of balance can create insomnia. Too many stimulants or additives, processed foods etc can also cause it. Not being on a regular schedule or lack of exercize will also contribute. Find the stressor and eliminate it or reduce it and your insomnia should also subside.
