OT: I need your help....Please sign our online PETITION.....

Hello......This is a reminder of our need for you to sign our online

petition, to help us reach our goal of 15,000 signatures. We now have 1475

online

signatures and we are asking you to please pass this on to everyone you know

in hopes of getting MORE signatures. Please share this with EVERYONE you know.

 

 

I formed an organization called CHOICE (Consumers of Healthcare Options with

Independence, CHOICE and Experience), to represent patients who want to

maintain their CHOICE of healthcare in Arizona. You don't have to be a

resident

of Arizona to sign this petition. A colleague set up this online petition,

as I am busy with the hard-copy petitions. CHOICE now has 5100 signatures and

we would like to hit 15,000 by October 31, 2007.

 

Fortunately legislators look at the numbers, so between the hard copy

petitions and the online petition, we have a good chance of collecting that

many

signatures. As you will see the online petition is getting a lot of out of

state patients who understand that Arizona is an aggressive state when it comes

to alternative medicine. Many hope that this will also open up some doors in

other states. If the alternative world and believers do not stick together

we will loose our CHOICE of healthcare. Thank you for giving us one minute
